Remotix Nexus (a Remotix Solutions Group company) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
- Information you give us when you send a form or email: your name, work email, phone number, organisation and the details of your request.
- Campaign information: if you arrive from an advert or link, we store its tracking parameters (for example a Google click ID or UTM tags) in your browser's local storage so we can tell which campaigns bring enquiries. This is sent only if you submit a form.
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not sell your data.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To manage your account, subscriptions and renewals if you become a client.
- To understand which of our campaigns are effective.
Who processes it
Enquiries are handled through trusted service providers we use to run our business — workflow automation, customer-relationship management and task management tools. They process data only on our instructions. Some of these providers store data outside Kenya, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the duration of the relationship plus any period required by law (for example tax record-keeping).
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Contact us at info@remotixregional.com and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
