Can you move our accounts from Excel to QuickBooks Online?
Yes. We build a proper chart of accounts from your spreadsheets, load customers, suppliers and items, set opening balances at a cut-over date, and — if you want — bring in the current year's transactions so reports are complete from day one.
Can you migrate from Sage, Pastel, Tally or Xero to QuickBooks Online?
Yes. Each system structures data differently, so we map accounts, tax codes and tracking (cost centres, tracking categories) to QuickBooks Online, then reconcile balances before go-live.
How much history should we bring across?
Most clients bring open invoices and bills, opening balances and the current financial year in detail, with earlier years summarised or archived in the old system. Bringing more detail costs more but gives longer comparative reporting.
How much does it cost?
From KES 25,000, fixed after a free assessment. Spreadsheet-only businesses with opening balances only are at the lower end; multi-year detailed histories from several systems cost more.
