Remotix Nexus is the East Africa division of Remotix Solutions Group, which has implemented accounting systems in the region since 2012. We help businesses and NGOs in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan move to cloud accounting, migrate their data safely, and keep their books audit-ready.
Why we exist
Too many finance teams in the region were working around their systems instead of with them — desktop files on one laptop, spreadsheets standing in for a ledger, software paid for in dollars on someone's personal card, and donor reports rebuilt by hand every quarter.
We set up Remotix Nexus to fix that properly: modern cloud accounting, configured for local tax and reporting, billed in Kenya shillings, and supported by people who understand how NGOs and growing businesses here actually operate.
Today we manage more than 110 active QuickBooks Online subscriptions for organisations in Kenya, South Sudan and Uganda — about half of them NGOs and donor-funded programmes, half of them businesses — and we take on work across Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi.
